So … whats my story?

I am deeply devoted to the cause of accessible, inclusive and internationalized design, and my enthusiasm drives me to create design systems that cater to the diverse needs of individuals, embracing the richness of various cultures and contexts. My ultimate aim is to empower designers, developers, and companies by developing design systems that are both accessible and localized. By placing a strong emphasis on the process, governance, and widespread adoption of these systems, I ensure that each person involved can make the most of these inclusive design solutions.

My background in Drawing and Printmaking, along with my experiences studying and working in various countries, have enriched my perspective as a designer. For many years, I have contributed as a textile designer, creating captivating prints for major fashion, home, and hospitality companies worldwide. Some of my creations have even garnered recognition and awards, such as the Disney Cruise Throw Blankets and clothing worn globally by J.Crew.

With a comprehensive understanding of the product life cycle, visual design, brand design, and product thinking, I bring a unique set of skills to the table. My exceptional eye for color, meticulous attention to overall layout, and ability to craft pixel-perfect designs further enhance my capabilities as a designer.

Where I thrive?

As a highly adaptable designer, I excel in collaborative environments where like-minded individuals strive to make a meaningful impact within a company. With considerable experience in remote work, I have honed my ability to function effectively both independently and as part of diverse teams. Continuously enhancing my skills as a designer is a personal priority, as I am passionate about learning and growth.

I have worked with startups and Fortune 500 companies. I have experience building systems in a small team, as a solo designer leading the company, and currently supporting larger teams growing their systems.
